Conditions of sale and delivery

1. quantities

The consumption data are approximate values. Bärlocher AG cannot be held liable for deviations. Areas and volumes are measured, weights are weighed.

2. delivery times

Delayed deliveries due to force majeure events shall not give rise to any liability on the part of
Bärlocher AG and shall not entitle the customer to withdraw from the order Bärlocher AG and do not entitle the customer to withdraw from the order.

3. shipping and transportation

Shipping shall be at the expense and risk of the customer, even in the case of carriage paid deliveries. The unloading
shall in all cases be at the expense and risk of the customer.

4. complaints

Complaints about deliveries must be made within 8 days of receipt of the goods. Rejected workpieces and materials may not be moved. Color and texture deviations from samples cannot be objected to, as such deviations are natural properties of natural stone.

5. prices

All prices are ex works prices excluding VAT, loaded onto the truck. We reserve the right to make price and technical changes. Packaging and pallets are charged separately (one-way pallets, non-returnable).

6. opening hours

Summer: 0700-1200 // 1315-1700 hrs
Winter: 0730-1200 // 1315-1630 hrs
